i purchased the original version of this game when i had a new first generation ipad. That version was a total winner and still plays perfectly. I recently downloaded the current version onto a 6th generation iPad. It still seems to play ok but there are some annoying features that don't seem able to be inactivated or modified. For some reason as one is placing a tile on the board it is suddenly magnified until it is in place. Why? There is no reason that is necessary and it seems to make tile placement a little slower and difficult to place accurately. A major dislike in this version for me is the game vs a random opponent. There is no ability to set a time limit for the opponent's next move so while you are waiting and waiting you can't get rid of that game. You can start another random opponent game and have the same thing happen. The only way to get out of these games seems to be to forfeit thus lowering unfairly your online win % while enhancing that of the online opponent who when i have checked may never even have completed again. There should be a way to specify wait times and avoid the need to forfeit. please fix this problem!! I had paid for my first gen game so was able to download rhe ad-free version of this one so can't comment on that aspect of this iteration. I will continue playing the original version of this game. On a first gen iPad it is bug- and ad- free. What a relief. Sometimes less really is more
